Across the country, “company unions” are set up to look like worker organizations but are actually designed to silence real organizing. They exist to protect profits, not people.
Heather’s plan will change that. Her bill will make sure every union in Canada is what real unions already are democratic, independent, and worker-led – not run by company bosses or corporate boards.
